Welcome to the Mardale Guest House

The building is a fine example of a Victorian Terraced Villa over 3 floors.

We are located in a residential Cul-de-Sac close to E.I.C.C. (The Edinburgh International Conference Centre) and Universities, 1 mile south west of the City Centre.

The City Centre can be reached by frequent nearby buses,or by a leisurely walk through the Meadows to link with the historic Royal Mile.

This route passes through the high tenements of the Old Town to the Royal Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Scottish Parliament both overlooked by Arthurs Seat, only minutes from the bustle of Princes Street and the elegant New Town Edinburgh is famous for the annual Edinburgh Festival and Fringe every August where dance, drama and musical events are performed at venues throughout the City, along with the spectacular Military Tattoo on the Castle Esplanade.
