The Mardale is a totally non-smoking establishment.

A 10% deposit (minimum £10.00) by credit card, unless other arrangements are agreed, is required for each booking.

If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation with us at short notice (within 7 days of commencement of your stay) we will charge your card for that part of your reservation we are unable to re-let.

We are unable to accept children under the age of 5 years.

Children over the age of 16 are charged as adults.

Check in before 22.00hrs.

Check out before 10.00hrs.

Please advise us if your arrival will be after 22.00hrs.

Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance deposits are non-refundable.

We accept the following credit cards – Visa, Switch and Mastercard.
